Scope of Work:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Renovation and preservation of historical building including demolition of approximately half of a five (5) story building, approximately 22,000 SF and a five (5) story poured in place concrete addition to the building of approximate 62,000 SF. We also constructed a new three (3) story poured in place concrete building connected to the historical building of approximately 30,000 SF. We had to document, remove, restore as well as reinstall the historical library shelving, casework and marble.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
