The work included 18 wood framed buildings approximately  167,000 SF:  Two gym buildings with locker rooms, bleachers and wood gym  floors, two multi-purpose buildings with full kitchens, one two-story  administration and library building.  Twelve class room buildings with  four rooms each.  All buildings are CMU clad with metal roofing and all  buildings include mechanical, electrical, date and communication  systems.  The site work included grading and paving of roads and parking  lots, underground electrical, sewer, water, storm drain and fire water  systems and landscaped football and baseball fields with bleachers.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construction of a new Middle\/High school located in Hercules, California.
