Demolition and Abatement of an existing building allowed us to create enough space for a new 506 seat theater, Control Rooms, Green Room, Make-Up Studio, Locker Rooms, Prop Storage, \u00a0Band Room, Choir Room, Video Classroom & Video Studio.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Unique features include Orchestra Pit with Lift, Full Rigging with Battens, Stage Lighting w\/ Multi-Level Catwalks, Acoustical Clouds and Architectural Wall Panels and Sound Rated Glazing.\u00a0 Site work consisted of a new parking lot, two new quad areas, trash enclosure and utilities<\/p>\n\n\t\t
