Work consisted of the Elk Grove Aquatics Project. An aquatics complex with an Olympic pool with springboards and dive well, instructional pool, recreation pool with play structure, built-in seating, trellis structures, and associated support buildings of approximately 15,400 square feet located on a site of approximately 6 acres, approximately 14 acres. Civic Center Commons Project included parking areas, landscape areas, walkways and plazas, lighting, water features and other improvements, adjacent to and surrounding the Elk Grove Aquatics Project. The Civic Center Commons Project included utility stubs, grading and pad preparation for a future Community Center Project of approximately 31,000 square feet.<\/p>\r\n
