Scope:

Multi-Purpose Building + Campus Modernization Project at the American Canyon Middle School. The project includes site and building demolition and abatement, site grading, site utilities, construction of a new Multi-Purpose building of approximately 13,000 sf. with a stage, warming kitchen, serving area, restrooms, support spaces, library, classroom and project-based learning center. All associated electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work. The work includes site hardscape finishes, landscape, site furnishings.
