Seismic Strengthening of a 1913 historic classroom building in the heart of Chinatown, San Francisco. Upgrades include new foundation, helical anchors, structural steel supports and shotcrete blanket shear-walls.  Arntz Builders is self-performing the Structural Concrete & Wood Framing.  Projected Completion January 2016
