DESCRIPTION:The Project includes modernization and seismic rehabilitation of (2) two existing lab buildings (H & N) on the Sierra College Rocklin campus. The structural modification will include new attached additions, new shear walls, new steel braced frames, retrofit of existing steel and concrete seismic connections, new openings in existing concrete walls. Interior renovations include renovations of partition walls, slab on grade replacement at new utilities, equipment anchorage. Also includes a new covered walkway canopy, and masonry site walls
