General Work Description: Linear Park Node 4A – 2030 N. North Texas Recreation Center is located at 2030 N. Texas Street in the City of Fairfield, Solano County, California. North Texas Recreation Center is on 4.43 acres with access to the Linear Park pathway. The improvements include VOLUME 1 SITE IMPRVOEMENTS and VOLUME 2 BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS.
Volume 1, Site Improvement work generally consists of, but not limits to the following; site demolition, clearing, grading, installation of water, sewer, storm drain and electrical utilities, pedestrian and vehicular pavement, asphalt parking lot, picnic areas, shade shelters, wayfinding,
play equipment, multi-use turf fields, fitness equipment, multi-use courts, ramps, fencing, landscaping, irrigation as specified in the contract documents and as directed by the City Engineer.
Volume 2, Building Improvement work generally consist of, but not limits to a new one-story type- B recreation center and trash enclosure as specified in the contract documents and as directed by the City Engineer.

Scope of Work: DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Primary construction components at 3010-3020 Kerner Blvd in San Rafael will include:
01. Demolition and excavation of existing pavement and existing landscaping
02. Construction of new parking lot to meet traffic index 7 standards
03. Construction of new concrete curb and gutter
04. Construction of new concrete sidewalk
05. Construction of new electrical service
a. SCHEDULING NOTE: Contractor shall begin procurement of switchgear equipment one day after receiving NOTICE TO PROCEED.
06. Installation of a new solar panel canopies – Confirm quantity
07. Installation of new back up battery storage with a connection to the building next door at 3000 Kerner Blvd
08. Installation of two (2 each) new electric vehicle chargers
09. Installation of new site lighting
10. Construction of new perimeter fencing with automatic gate for vehicle entry/exit
11. New landscaping including plantings and irrigation
