DESCRIPTION:
The Fairfield Fire Station 36 project is a single story, 7,260 SF new fire station. The Fairfield Fire Station 39 project is a single story, 7,260 SF new fire station. Both Fire Station 36 and 39 are being combined into a single project for the City of Fairfield and the intent is to award both projects to a single pre-qualified General Contractor. The new construction of both Fire Station 36 and 39 will include demolition of existing site improvements, new site utilities and site drainage, full construction and interiors, and site improvements, paving, and landscaping.

DESCRIPTION: For the Petaluma Fire Station No. 1 Temporary Station Relocation Project work consists of permanent offsite and onsite improvements for the temporary relocation and housing of Fire Station 1, electrical distribution and connection, coordination and placement of Owner supplied double wide mobile barracks trailer, installation of Owner provided concrete pad mounted propane tank and standby generator, utility connections, etc.; for the Fire Station No. 2 Onsite Asphalt Paving Project work consists of demolition and site preparation, removal of existing pavement, clearing and grading the site as required, and implementing erosion control measures, utilities, electrical conduit and drainage, installation and modification of stormwater drainage systems, ensuring proper site runoff management, asphalt paving and improvements, construction of new asphalt pavement sections, including subgrade preparation, base material installation, and final surfacing for fire station access and parking areas and concrete work.
