Scope of Work:
We added two floors to the existing, occupied, five (5) story office and classroom building during the winter months. Approximately 32,000 SF of new construction and 150,000 SF of renovation work. The south wing attic was converted into a computer facility and the two new floors added to the north wing house faculty and department offices. New computer communications were installed as well as new sprinkler and fire alarm systems. The construction was very difficult because the building remained occupied and operation throughout the construction.
