DEMOLITION SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDE REMOVAL OF EXISTING PARTITION, FINISHES, ROOF TOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, PLUMBING FIXTURES AND PORTION OF EXISTING PARKING STALLS.
