Scope:
Project comprised of labor, material and services necessary for: Demolition of existing doors, door frames, hardware automatic openers, hold opens, etc. and appurtenances including hazardous materials abatement. Installation of new doors, door frames, hardware, automatic openers, hold opens, etc. and appurtenances in Holderman building. Installed ADA compliant automatic openers and appurtenances at restroom doors in Kennedy and Washington buildings. Installation of new doors and appurtenances’ included integration with existing electrical connections and testing of existing fire alarm system at completion of modifications. Provided basic elevator modernization for three elevators (3,4, and 5) in the Holderman Building.
