Scope:
Water Pump Station 4: Removed and disposed of existing roof material. Included testing of any materials suspected of containing hazardous substances. Repaired roof deck where water damage has occurred. Roof replacement to include all new gutters and downspouts tied into existing drain system where applicable. Water Pump Station 13: Removal, off haul, and disposal of existing roof and gutter system. Including asbestos testing of any suspected asbestos containing materials. Repaired roof deck where water damage had occurred. Replacement of roof with industry standard design and materials to meet wildfire prone location (Class A). Install a drip edge over both doorways. Sam Jones Hall: Removal, off haul, and disposal of existing roof and not used existing mechanical curbs, screen, etc. Including abatement of asbestos containing materials that were disturbed during the roof replacement. Including testing of any materials other than asbestos suspected of containing hazardous substances. Evaluated and repaired roof deck, downspouts, parapet walls where water damage had occurred. Removed and reinstalled required mechanical screens. Replacement of roof with industry standard design and materials.
