Scope:
The existing cottage buildings number 3 and 4 are to be remodeled to serve as educational buildings for Side by Side, a nonpublic school serving children ages 5 to 15. Repave exterior walkway to provide an accessible route from the parking to the entry of the buildings. Upgrade buildings as required for the change of occupancy from R-2 to E. Seismic upgrades, remodel one existing single occupancy unisex restroom in each building to meet accessibility. Removal of interior partitions within building to create classroom.
