Scope:

This phased project consisted of temporary relocation/demolition of existing portable classrooms on the Lowell High School campus. Portables were replaced by (New) wood framed classroom complex consisting of a 12-classroom building and a 2-classroom building. These World Language buildings are connected by an outdoor courtyard containing concrete seat walls and canopy. In addition, the project required associated sitework to reconfigure the (Existing) parking lot and landscaping. This included complete bioretention system, exterior lighting, upgraded underground utilities and improved ADA access.
