Scope:
Tenant Improvements to remodel an existing school into a day care center. Reconfiguration of classroom walls, enclosure of existing interior courtyard, including additional roofing, renovation of warming kitchen, installation of break counters and laundry facilities, installation of HVAC system, extend existing fire sprinklers, new electrical power, lighting systems and fire alarm systems, new plumbing for new and reconfigured toilet rooms, new interior and exterior finishes, new concrete pedestrian walkway and access gate from Couch Street sidewalk, new fences and landscaping, new trash enclosure, and other miscellaneous work.
