A complete modernization of an occupied school campus including site improvements.  The scope included but was not limited to a health clinic, two elevator upgrades, multiple story classroom buildings, gymnasium, kitchen and servery, multi-purpose room, library, computer labs, extensive abatement, mechanical and electrical upgrades, structural upgrades, re-roof, paving, landscaping and site concrete.  Wood, metal, structural steel and concrete frame materials.  Walls/roofs – concrete.
