Scope:

This was a Lease-Leaseback project. Demolition of existing portable building. Alteration to existing parking lot, utilities and landscaping. New student drop-off loop. New concrete trash enclosure. Improvements to storm drain system, walks, playground and playfield. Improvements to parking lot and site lighting at district bus yard. New fencing and gates, including rolling vehicle gates with access control at bus yard.
