Scope of Work:
Seismic retrofit that included the installation of concrete shear walls inside the historical library building wall locations in center of the building behind ornate plaster walls. All finishes required historical restoration and replication or plaster work. Access was very limited and the structural steel installation had to be done by helicopter. The library remained operational during the construction.
