Scope:

This Court House project consists of tenant; improvements, modifications and new construction within the existing Yolo County Historic Courthouse which was originally constructed in 1917. This Courthouse is being modified to be used as office space for the Yolo County Probation department, while maintaining the building’s historic features. This projects work included improvements, modifications and new construction to the building’s structure, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and fire & life safety. Demolition and the abatement of lead and asbestos were also performed.
